Vacation Bound!!!

We're on our way to Cape Cod for a most needed restful vacation. Well, I don't know exactly how restful it will be, but we're looking forward to it and we'll make it fun. We will post again as soon as we get back, tell you all about it and will share pictures with you. Bye!

Julia's 2nd Birthday

Today we had a little get together at the house to celebrate Julia's 2nd birthday. Not a big party, just a little get together for pizza and cake. We'll be away on vacation for her actual birthday on the 29th of August, so we decided to do it last night.

Bryant Phoned Today !!!

Bryant telephoned last night. He is doing well and feels good. He is currently learning about boilers and heating systems and did very well on his last exam.
He would like to have some of his movies sent to him in order to pass the time and relax. So, feel free to send him whatever you like. If you need his address, please let us know and we will send it to you. Him and his roommate Smithy, get along well and enjoy each other's company. Christopher and Daniel just hanging out and watching TV. Chris is now going into his Senior year of High School at Park Ridge. He is playing football this year and is looking forward to playing wide receiver and quarterback.

Bryant's Navy Basic Training Graduation

July 20, 2007 - Well, he finally did it. Today Bryant graduated Navy Basic Training, Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois. WE ARE ALL SO PROUD OF HIM!!! He is now at Sheppard Air Force Base, Whichita Falls, Texas for training. There he will learn Heating/Ventilating and Air Conditioning training. After school he will join the Navy Mobile Construction Battalion, but we don't know where yet.
